May 16, 2012 - I am not downing this video, but i a have an eating issue, and this is not the classic fast food meal, while I agree with the burger, i want my fries to be salty not sweet, and i want a chocolate shake as promised to be healthy... but it can't be healthy so it gets your hopes up a little bit. But good video though!

May 18, 2012 - Contrary to what the diet dictocrats tell us, low fat isn't healthy at all. Your body can shed weight on a high fat diet (high saturated / animal fats!). It's true, I've lost 50 pounds and my husband has lost 45 and we are getting healthier every day. After 2.5 years of a high saturated fat diet, he's off all blood pressure meds, and his BP is terrific (76 over 118). Read "Eat Fat Lose Fat".
